Delete your CareerOS account

1. Open CareerOS and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.

Email careeros.info@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my CareerOS account”. To protect you, we only act on requests sent from the account’s own email address, and we may ask you to confirm. We complete requests within 30 days and reply when it’s done.

• Your account, profile and public career profile, profile photo and sign-in sessions.
• Your CVs, CV versions and analyses, tracked applications, saved items and STAR stories.
• Practice tests, interview practice recordings, and AI interview transcripts and reports.
• Your community posts, comments and messages, follows, and Help & Support conversations.
• Connected mailboxes and their tracking data, notification settings and device push tokens.
• Your credit wallet, Transfer PIN and any remaining credits (unused credits can’t be refunded or moved once the account is deleted).

Records of credit purchases, transfers and spending are kept without your name, email or account where needed for accounting, refunds, chargebacks and fraud prevention. Google keeps its own records of Play Store purchases under Google’s policies. Server backups roll off on their normal cycle (up to 30 days), after which deleted data is gone.

You can delete individual CVs, recordings, interview sessions, posts and saved items in the app at any time, or disconnect a mailbox in Settings → Smart Application Tracking. For anything else, email careeros.info@gmail.com.
